We want you confident in what you wear.

If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, in line with Canadian consumer standards.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

If it’s been worn or damaged after delivery, we can’t accept it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Limited drops / one-of-one pieces

  • Gift cards

Once these are gone, they’re gone.

Exchanges

Need a different size?
If available, we’ll exchange it.
If not, we’ll issue store credit.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived defective)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • We recommend tracked shipping
